Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh. Some remote areas may have limited service availability.

- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ৳2000.
- Express Delivery (Dhaka Only): Next-day delivery is available for an additional charge of ৳ 60.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

- You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email/SMS.

Delivery Guidelines
- A delivery attempt will be made twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be canceled.
- Customers must provide a valid contact number and delivery address.
- Inspect the package before accepting it. If damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
